1. General information

By accessing or subscribing to the BridgewAI Learning Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. Nature of the service

BridgewAI Learning Hub provides educational and informational digital content including tutorial videos, downloadable articles, and access to AI-driven web applications (“the Services”).
The Services are intended for professional development and educational use only. They do not replace professional advice or medical consultation.

Access is granted through an online subscription (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions are for individual, non-transferable use.

3. Accounts and access

You must create an account to access the Learning Hub. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred. BridgewAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are suspected of unauthorized sharing.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe, supporting cards, SEPA Direct Debit, and Bancontact.

  • Monthly subscription: renews automatically each month.

  • Yearly subscription: renews automatically each year, with a reduced rate.

By subscribing, you authorize BridgewAI and its payment provider (Stripe) to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the renewal interval until cancellation.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account page or by contacting us at pm@bridgewai.com.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no partial refunds are provided for unused days.

Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate payments, technical errors, or proven service malfunction preventing access for more than 7 consecutive days.
Requests for refund must be sent to pm@bridgewai.com within 14 days of the billing date.

6. Intellectual property

All materials on the Learning Hub — including videos, articles, applications, visuals, and documentation — are owned by BridgewAI or its licensors.
Content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or modified without prior written consent.

Members may view or download content for personal educational use only. Public sharing, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

BridgewAI makes every effort to ensure accuracy and reliability of the provided information. However, we cannot guarantee that all content will be free from errors or technical interruptions.

BridgewAI is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services, unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. AI-driven applications disclaimer

Certain tools or simulations in the Learning Hub use AI algorithms to support education and self-learning.
These tools are not certified medical or diagnostic instruments and must not be used to make clinical decisions or replace professional judgment.
By using them, you acknowledge that they are provided “as is” for educational purposes.

9. Data protection and privacy

BridgewAI processes your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect only data necessary to provide your subscription and to comply with legal obligations.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as a separate data controller for financial information.

10. Termination and suspension

BridgewAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • invoices remain unpaid,

  • login credentials are shared, or

  • the platform is misused in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.

In such cases, no refund will be due.

11. Changes to the Terms

BridgewAI may update these Terms from time to time to reflect service or legal changes.
Subscribers will be notified by email or platform notice. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Antwerp (Belgium), unless mandatory consumer protection law specifies otherwise.
